Paul Belli is President of Franco Belli Plumbing & Heating & Sons, Inc., a family owned and operated business for over 40 years. Paul oversees, coordinates, and operates all aspects of Franco Belli Plumbing. Whether a customer is looking to replace a faucet, upgrade a home heating system, or install a complete plumbing, heating, and sprinkler system in a new 30-story building, Paul is known across the NYC plumbing industry for his quality service and professionalism.

Paul has worked on many large plumbing projects such as at many different NYC School Construction Authority projects through-out the 5 boroughs, Yankee Stadium Metro North Station, Alexander Hamilton Bridge, World Trade Center Memorial, FDNY Training Center, and Randall’s Island Pump House. In addition, Paul has worked on many private and public jobs. Paul’s list of NYC Agencies he has worked for over the years is as follows: NYC SCA, NYC DDC, NYC DOT, DASNY, NYC DEP, NYC DOS, NYC MTA, NYC FDNY, NYC FDNY, among others.

Paul holds a B.A. from New York University and completed the UA Plumbers Local No.1 Apprenticeship program in 1999. He is a NYC Licensed Master Plumber (#2083), NYC Licensed Master Fire Suppression Piping Contractor (#774-A) and holds several certifications including NYS DOH Backflow Prevention Device Tester Certificate (#1192) and Operator Qualification in Covered Tasks 86 and 87. He is a member of the Association of Contracting Plumbers of the City of New York, Subcontractors Trade Association, and Plumbers Local No.1 Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. Paul is also an Eagle Scout in the BSA.
